This includes a portable PA and cordless microphone. Perfect for ceremonies requiring sound for arrival music and the celebrants requiring the use of a microphone

This wedding package combines the best of everything to give you a wedding with every option covered, including the expert DJ entertainer, a Master of ceremony, lighting' and sound allowing our staff to make your wedding an unforgettable occasion and you dont have to lift a finger.
Gold
This includes one of our highly trained professional DJ's, All the Lighting you will need and most importantly the best Music. Everything you need to make your Wedding Reception a night to remember.
Ceremony Package
Partyoz can provide ceremony music for your special day. We will meet with you prior to your wedding day so that all the details regarding your Wedding ceremony can be discussed. We can provide you with a sound system that has a cordless microphone, enough volume to hear comfortably and the ability to not require power as it is also battery powered, this allows you to have your ceremony anywhere anytime with the convenience of not worrying about power. Our professional staff will ensure that all equipment is set up prior to your family and guests arriving at the ceremony.
All equipment is battery powered and as such requires no power source to be provided, this removes all the stress of organizing your own equipment and power supply on the day.
Partyoz staff can play the music prior to your arrival to the ceremony allowing your guests to relax whilst they await the bride's arrival, we can then play the songs of your choice for arrival, during for the signing of the registry and after your ceremony for when you and your guests exchange pleasantries.
We will work with you to play the music you desire and coordinate when it should be played. A cordless microphone can also be provided for your celebrant and readings if required.

The "Gold wedding package" is a specialist wedding entertainment package providing you with a highly professional DJ entertainer with many years of wedding experience.

Partyoz provides a pre-wedding consultation allowing you to meet with our dedicated team of wedding staff to discuss and assist if needed all the details related to your wedding reception and music choices. The staff at Partyoz will be more than happy to provide any guidance you may require, with over 25 years of entertainment experience we are more then happy to explain and guide you through your wedding day, as this is what makes your wedding day special and is all part of our service to you.
As part of the "Gold wedding package" Partyoz will provide you a professional DJ entertainer with many years of wedding entertainment experience.
Your DJ entertainer will arrive at your wedding reception prior to your guests and family arrival with ample time to setup and test all of his equipment.
Your DJ will work with your Mac (Master of ceremony) and greets all of your guests as they arrive at the reception and ensures your guests are aware of where all amenities are located if required, he will also make announcements if required including where guests can partake in beverages, a brief outline of the evening prior to the bridal party arriving and so on.
Partyoz also provides as part of your "Gold wedding package"professional sound equipment which is highly reliable and can cater for an audience of 110 people comfortably.The Level of music will always remain at an audible level allowing you and your guests to talk comfortably but still enjoy the festivities as well.
Lighting is provided in the form of up lighting located near your DJ entertainer and active lighting for later in the day/evening when the dancing starts. Partyoz like to offer a variety of lighting including Mirror-ball effect which cascades colour throughout the reception and some LED up lighting to create a degree of coloured ambiance within the reception area.
Your DJ entertainer uses a Professional DJ console allowing him to play all types of music formats and mix like a real DJ should, he has the ability to play song requests faster than traditional CD DJ's and is more then happy to take requests throughout your celebrations. Song request pads can also be provided and can be left on guest tables allowing your family and friends the opportunity to make some personalized song choices.
A cordless microphone is also provided allowing speeches to be catered for free with no interruptions from other audio sources, your DJ will give instruction on how to use the microphone and assist in speeches. And if you decide to allow Partyoz to provide you with a Master of ceremony he will coordinate between guests during your speeches.
The "Gold wedding package" provides six hours of entertainment, this is not inclusive of travel. Setup or pack down of equipment is not included in this six hour time, you actually get six hours of music and good times.

As part of the "Diamond wedding package" Partyoz will provide you with one of our highly professional wedding DJ entertainers which has many years of wedding entertainment experience, your DJ entertainer can also double as your Master of ceremony / MC and help guide you from the moment you enter the reception, through to your speeches and then your bridal waltz, then finally when you depart, for no additional charge.
Your DJ entertainer will arrive at your wedding reception hours prior to your guests and family arrival, giving themselves ample time to setup and test all of the entertainment equipment.

Having a dedicated DJ entertainer allows your MC to work with you and your family and guests on a more close and personal level, this creates a really fun and enjoyable environment as well as some good laughs for everyone.
This package provides you with all of the entertainment and equipment of the Gold package but also includes Master of ceremony Rolf Lossow (owner of Partyoz) with over 25 years of experience as an MC Rolf Lossow has provided newlywed couples with amazing memories filled with laughter and good times that will be part of their lives forever, Rolf not only brings his passion for entertaining you and your guests but also years of working with couples and ensuring your wedding day has that personal touch making the day an unforgettable experience.
Rolf ensures your day is relaxed as well as personalized, he will work with leading up to the day with pre-wedding consultations, help you create a timeline and guide you and your guests for the entire day at your reception ensuring everything runs on time and smoothly, he will help you create a timeline that is flexible and also cover any interaction with your guests, with his years of MC skills he will make suggestions and work with you and create the most memorable wedding celebration you could imagine.
You have the opportunity to personalize your wedding day as much or as little as you wish, with bridal party introductions and the bride & groom interactions, which we discuss at your pre-function consultation.
You will be provided you with a sound and lighting entertainment package to cater for an audience of up to 150 people (this is just a guide, please advise if the audience is larger), lighting would consist of ambient and tasteful lighting to cascade color throughout the reception creating a beautiful ambiance throughout, as well as interactive lighting for later in the night during the good times and dancing, (up-lights around the reception area are included in this package and are no additional charge)
Two cordless microphones are provided for speeches and announcements during the festivities (the additional microphone is to ensure we do not have any interruptions during speeches or announcements).
All of Partyoz entertainments equipment is tested, cleaned and prepared each week ensuring we maintain the highest level of reliability to all our clients.
Rolf is more than happy to take song requests throughout the celebration and ensure all your guests have a great time, we have available song request pads that can be placed on tables allowing your guests to make their own personalized choices of music.
